COMPLETE LOSS PREVENTION     AND     LIFE SAFETY SPECIALISTS

Dear Prospective Security Client,

The following was a quote I heard while recently working on a new project:

“I need a single point of contact to make my job more efficient. I want to be more cost-effective and have a greater consistency level by having fewer providers."

I stood there with my mouth wide open in ultimate amazement- What a brilliant concept! We had been hoping for people to understand that idea for years. We knew we could fulfill pretty much all of any ones wishes with respect to installation of security equipment. We just needed an opportunity to present a quote to fulfill their needs. Many property managers are now in the process of dramatically consolidating their vendors so that they can more efficiently manage their portfolios.

I’ve been seeing a move on the corporate side toward people in leadership positions such as account executives who are capable of handling multi-functions, including property, project, and transaction management. Managers have always been concerned with the manner in which they will have to competently get a job done. Having to worry about researching every aspect of multiple products and which vendor to choose increases their workload extensively.

Hiring competent people that’ll give consistent quality, value, & service should be an important factor to anyone who’ll be purchasing equipment and services. How can you go about finding such elusive people?  Pick from the Yellow Pages? From TV? Bill Boards? Newspapers? Ad Benches? In a manner of speaking it’s all the same, so why don’t you flip a coin or throw a dart? Well, we’ll make it a little more simple – just continue on.

Our advertising costs are alleviated because we rarely spend money for advertising. The minimal advertising that we do is so insignificant it isn’t reflected in our pricing. This large expense spent by others is normally included in quotes and you can be sure that the consumer will wind up paying the difference either in cheaper equipment or maintenance costs!

When looking for vendors you can sometimes gain help from other members of your occupation. You can do a lot of research and with trial and error hope that after gaining some experience, and guessing which vender to use, the job will finally get done and hopefully get done well. Another question to ask is whether the job was done according to your expectations and as good as it should have been. Did you find that after the job was finished, it was left less than desirable and that they needed to shave equipment expenses to meet their estimate? Secondly you might have to spend more money to correct the job or add items not originally quoted in the first job. How many times have you said or heard someone else say – “I should have went with the other quote!” ?

A measure of a company's success is not what it says about itself, but rather what others have to say. We work with companies & building managements such as Comcast and The John Hancock Building. Working over 30 years in the security industry has prepared us to ask and answer the right questions and use the appropriate equipment for the right job, and not skimp in any aspect of it. We work closely with individuals such as yourself, with any existing equipment or when transitioning to partial or all new equipment. We’ll try to help at all times by answering any of your problems or concerns that you’ve had in the past, or might have in the future. If you’d like to receive a copy of our patrons or what they have to say, I’d be happy to send it to you.

Companies are only as good as the people they have on staff. We’ve made a significant investment in training, continuing education, technology and quality control. We want to make you look good so we need to do the job right the first time. We realize how important it is to stand ahead of others. That’s why we will work harder to make you as building management look better to your building board members with competitive pricing, timely response times, and equipment that won’t break down due to inferior quality. You know and we know, it’ll be up to you to make your tenants or owners happy and it’ll be up to you to help make the right choices. So won’t you give us a chance to examine your needs, and present a quote to you? We’re the only system specialists you’ll ever need. Thank you for your time.

 Sincerely,
